The accommodation had a central location close enough to all the sites. Found a place called Caffe Dei Fiori, set next door to the hotel, ate there a few times. I was offered a great and excellent breakfast with wine.

I got good sized and nicely furnished room with the great view, new interior plus the bedroom as advertised. The staff was gentle and efficient, helped with departure. Self-serve bar was great.

Magnificent and peaceful location not too far from a Roman Catholic church. Located close to the train station, easy to get everywhere.

The hotel had a central position close to the centre of the tourist district, which was lovely and the grand canal. I tried some drinks at restaurant Bar da Mattia, located 5 minutes walk away. Consistently courteous staff of the venue at reception desk. My breakfast was very very good with wine.

Besides, the location was great for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of a grand showpiece square. Plus, it was close enough to main attraction points, Dorsoduro, which is surrounded by nice spots and many bars and restaurants and a lovely square.

Nothing beats being in Nh Venezia Rio Novo. Decent sized and very clean rooms, plus the staff is polite! Had nice dainties at yogurt creperia marie, located extremely close to the hotel.
